Annual Benefit at the SABA North America Conference

SABA North America Foundation supports various causes important to the South Asian community, raising funds throughout the year to meet its objectives. Our signature fundraising event is our annual Benefit held during the SABA North American Annual Conference — a special evening to recognize impactful community leaders, public interest law student fellowship awardees, and grant recipients. The Benefit is a night of connection, camaraderie, haute cuisine, and entertainment. All proceeds from the event directly support the Foundation's mission of supporting access to justice for South Asian communities across North America.

You can purchase tickets directly from SABA North America Foundation HERE. Tickets are also available for purchase with your registration for the SABA North America Conference. Click HERE to register for the conference!

Community Engagement

SABACares: SABA North America Foundation is committed to community service.  SABACares was created in 2019 to provide SABA members with a chance to give back to the South Asian community and the community-at-large. At the annual SABA North America Conference, we host a community event allowing conference attendees to make care packages for the local, underprivileged community in the city where the conference is hosted.  In 2025, we made 360  summer activity kits for underprivileged students in the Denver Public School Summer Academy.  Join us in San Diego in 2026 where we will be focusing our SABACares project on victims of domestic violence.

SABA Pro Bono Project: In 2025, SABA North America Foundation hosted a Pro Bono Project at the SABA North America Conference in Denver, Colorado.  SABA attorneys volunteered their time assisting community members with immigration needs and drafting powers of attorney, in conjunction with the Rocky Mountain Welcome Center.

Foundation Hero Award

Since 2018, SABA North America Foundation has awarded a Hero Award to a community member honoring their dedication, excellence, extraordinary service, and/or commitment to their respective field and the community at large.
